We can often schedule cleanings with short notice across Gotland, typically within 24–48 hours. For urgent move-out or emergency cleaning, call us directly at 0498-340 53.
As a private individual, you pay only 50% of the labor cost directly on your invoice via the Swedish RUT deduction. We handle all filings with Skatteverket automatically. In accordance with our general terms, a standard service fee of 49 SEK applies per invoice to cover billing administration, quality assurance, and liability insurance.
Our quality guarantee means that if you are not completely satisfied with the result, our team returns promptly to rectify any deficiencies free of charge. In accordance with our terms, any feedback must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] within a reasonable time (within 48 hours for move-out cleaning, and within 3 days for other services). Sefid must always be granted the first opportunity to inspect and rectify before any price deduction applies.
You can reschedule or cancel a cleaning session free of charge, provided you notify us at least three (3) working days prior to the scheduled date. For subscription customers, unused hours are credited to your personal hours bank. If cancellation occurs less than three working days before the appointment, a fixed cancellation fee of 790 SEK applies under our general terms.
Yes, Sefid holds comprehensive commercial liability insurance covering damages up to 10 million SEK through Trygg-Hansa. All our cleaners are covered by Swedish collective agreements guaranteeing fair wages and safe working conditions. In accordance with our general terms, customers are also strongly advised to maintain valid home insurance.
